Hidden Brook Farm to Offer 12 Juveniles at OBS April

March 21, 2026

At the 2022 OBS April Two-Year-Old in Training sale, Hidden Brook Farm sold a striking chestnut son of Justify for $600,000 to Gary Young, acting as agent for Zedan Racing. Some 15 months later that colt, named Arabian Lion, roared to victory in the Woody Stephens S. (G1) on the Belmont Stakes undercard. He’s now a popular young stallion at Spendthrift Farm in Kentucky.

At this year’s OBS April sale, Hidden Brook will offer another dozen highly promising juveniles. Among them are a colt and a filly by Street Sense, sire of 9 Grade 1 winners, including Maxfield, Speaker’s Corner and McKinzie, all at stud in Kentucky. His latest Grade 1 winner is the 2025 dual G1-winning filly La Cara.

There will also be a pair of fillies by the jaw-droppingly fast Golden Pal under the Hidden Brook shedrow. The dual Breeders’s Cup-winning son of Uncle Mo is one of the favorites to be this year’s Champion 1st Crop Sire.

Hidden Brook will also offer juveniles by Vekoma, Oscar Performance, Practical Joke, Twirling Candy, Hard Spun and a filly by another exciting 1st Crop Sire, Jockey Club Gold Cup hero Olympiad. The latter is a half sister to the Hidden Brook Farm Foaled, Raised & Sold millionaire Bankit.
